Vidispine is a fast growing IT company headquartered in Kista. We develop advanced systems for video and image management, powering large media production systems around the globe. The base of our business is an API-based video platform that our customers build into their video production workflows. The Vidispine platform powers production systems on all continents of the world, serving thousands of users with millions of files. We have been awarded the DI Gasell award for being one of the fastest growing companies in Sweden during last year.

Team Customer Success
The Customer Success team at Vidispine are responsible for post-sales activities and act as the key point of contact for members of our customer portfolio. The team helps customers with getting successfully onboarded, hold training sessions on our products, perform professional services and act as a customer advocate within Vidispine.
Team Role

You will be responsible for some of our key customer projects which includes leading our agile team of developers and designers to create best possible solution for the customer. You will also act as Scrum Master and Test Leader in projects that require such expertise. You will be the customer point of contact for project related questions and issues. You will be handling all resource and general planning of the projects.

Who are you
You have a Computer Engineering or Computer Science degree and have a couple years of experience, either as a developer, test leader or project manager. It is of merit if you have previous experience in testing and/or test leading. It’s important that you have a technical interest and experience of programming, so you can interact with customers and colleagues.
You are a driven person who easily understands new technology and are not afraid of sharing your own creative ideas. Both internally within the team but also with customers. You enjoy to work close with customers and to maintain a good customer relation.
