Skanska IT Nordic (ITN) operates within the Nordic countries, daily serving about 12,000 users with effective IT solutions provided by about 220 ITN colleagues located in Sweden, Norway and Finland. ITN is an integrated IT function within Skanska, co-owning business success, striving to be closely integrated with our business partners and sharing Skanska’s overall goals and values. As a Service Responsible, you will work within the ITN infrastructure team and have the opportunity to contribute to various operational and tactical efforts. This role also offers the chance to have a direct impact on Skanska ITN’s future by being part of strategic planning and global technical forums. You will be based in the Skanska headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden.
In this role, you will be part of a team that makes operational and tactical plans, while still maintaining a more technical role when directly delivering services. Part of your responsibilities will include handling cases that come in to 2nd line support, patching, upgrades and handling of incidents.
You will also have the opportunity to play a part in evolving the deliveries within Cloud Services and IT security to ensure that they are aligned with the overall Skanska IT Strategy. As the Service Responsible, you will manage the deliveries to ensure successful implementation, identify business partners’ needs and work with strategic planning. To top it off, you will be part of driving some of our global Skanska technical forums.
As the ideal candidate, you have a proactive attitude and enjoy problem solving especially when the goal is to find new and improved solutions. We believe that you are organized and that you are accustomed to making plans and having a clear strategy. It is important that you are a social person with good communication skills because you will be interacting with various stakeholders and colleagues at different levels of the company.
We believe that you have at least 5 years of experience working within a large organization with Microsoft Technologies. Experience working as a Project Manager or any other leading role is highly valued. It is very important that you have knowledge working with ITIL processes and solid technical experience with AD, Exchange, AD FS and PKI. Knowledge of IronPort, Enterprise Vault and Azure is also highly valued.
