Excillum is looking for a HR manager

Would you like the challenge to be HR on a young but profitable high-tech X-ray company set to grow from 20-100 people in 5 years?

Excillum is a high-tech company with a unique patented X-ray source technology. We are already very successful in our niche but our goal is to become the preferred high-end supplier to most X-ray applications all over the world. We are now looking for a HR All-Star who wants to work with the core of our company, our people.

About the job

The summary of the job is to help us attract, recruit and retain the highly skilled colleagues we need as well as making sure that we implement and stick to good and required HR processes.
This position will have hands-on responsibility of key HR processes including work environment plan, equality plan, health promotion, ergonomics, salaries and benefits, continuous training and development. We want all employees to continue to consider Excillum a great place to work, a place you want to stay at and grow with for long time.

You will of course take an active role in defining and refining great (international) recruitment processes – and making sure that we indeed execute on these processes. We today work closely with recruitment consultants, collaborations that will probably continue to allow for our anticipated rapid growth. You should help us all receive new employees in the best possible way by making sure that we develop and stick to great introduction programs.

And no reason to hide the fact that you will be the one and only in-house HR at Excillum for at least the foreseeable future, so multi talent is preferred.

We believe that you have

You have at least B.Sc. academic degree within the field of human resources or similar and have more than 5 years of working experience within a wide range of HR processes.
If you are self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision, you will fit right in! You will be our HR All-Star so if you consider yourself as a doer, high and low, don’t hesitate to apply for this job!

Skills required:

• Strategic and operative experience within recruitment processes and employer branding activities

• Experience in working with HR processes such as environment plan, equality plan, health promotion, ergonomics, salaries and benefits, continuous training and development.

• Experience in maintain and refining great on-boarding programs for new employees

• Fluent in Swedish and great communications skills in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with technical recruitments, preferably with scientific background

• Experience of international recruitment and relocation issues

• Worked with HR projects involving employee surveys, values and culture, team collaboration workshops
